Initial Set-up Fee

One time fee of $195.00 per individual agent or per builder project. Included in this fee is the branding of our software to your business and customizing our task list to reflect your local market. Payment is due with your Transaction Management contract.  

Transaction Set-up Fee

A $100.00 set-up fee for each transaction is due with your contract. This fee is non-refundable if the transaction does not close.   
Settlement Fee
A $250.00 settlement fee is paid from your commission at closing.

Closing CD

Present your clients with a fully personalized CD of their transaction which includes all documents pertaining to their transaction, property photos, links to your website and a request for referrals…all set to music.  This is a wonderful gift for your clients…something with shelf life they will always keep!

Mega-users, clients with 4 or more transaction per month, will not be charged the fee for individual CD’s, only the set-up fee and postage.
